Our Instructors are as diverse as the subjects that they teach. Each is hand-chosen by our team, and

uniquely qualified within their respective areas of expertise.

Hatem Abdelmonem, M.S.

Hatem Abdelmonem earned his Bachelor's Degree from Cairo University, and his Master's Degree
from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He has served as an Arabic annotator at the
University of Pennsylvania, as well as an Arabic and English Instructor at language centers around
the United States for several years.

Shakira Gill

Shakira Gill earned her Bachelor's Degree from the New Jersey City University, and her A.A.S. from
the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She completed her Teaching English as
a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification in May 2009. Prior to her work as an Instructor, she served as
an associate with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Rajeh Saadeh, Esq.

Rajeh Saadeh, Esq., is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, one of
the most selective and prestigious institutes of higher learning in the United States.  He earned his
Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where he was heavily involved
in leadership and legal issues.  In addition to his work teaching LSAT® Prep with Help Mountain, Rajeh
served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Animal Law & Ethics at the University of Pennsylvania
for several years, and is currently fulfilling a clerkship with the selective Superior Court of New Jersey.

Michael Patrick, Esq.

Michael Patrick, Esq., affirms Help Mountain's position that to successfully teach, one must understand
what it means to be a student. In this regard, he is a student first, and an Instructor second. Michael
earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Hofstra University School of Law, a Master's Degree in Library
and Information Sciences from Simmons College, a Master's Degree in English Education from Lehman
College, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Haverford College in Pennsylvania. He is
a certified English Instructor with the New York State Education Department, and has served as an
ESL Instructor at a renowned English school in Chinatown, New York, as well as an Adjunct
Business Writing Instructor at Monroe College. An expert in the study of English, Michael currently
serves as an experienced ESL, TOEFL Prep, and SAT Prep Instructor with Help Mountain.

David Venezia, M.A.

David Venezia is a Help Mountain teaching professional with nearly a decade of English-teaching
experience. He has taught English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Test Preparation
classes at the university level, and has formal experience in research and class creation techniques
that address learner-specific needs, interests, and desires, in time-responsible and creative ways. He
currently holds a Master's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL),
and teaches a variety of crucial subjects including SAT® Prep, GRE® Prep, TOEFL® Prep, ESL, Accent
Reduction, ESP (English for Specific Purposes), American History, and Algebra. David's approach is
interdisciplinary, combining theory and practice in a safe yet challenging learning space that is created
through the interaction of learner needs and practical necessities with current pedagogical theories.

Ayman Naquvi, M.A.

Ayman Naquvi earned her Bachelor's Degree from Columbia University and her Master's Degree from
New York University, where she proudly received her certification in Teaching English to Speakers
of Other Languages (TESOL).  She has instructed a wide array of students, and has served as an
Instructor at the prestigious American Language Institute in New York. Ayman has also served as
an exam writer for the Educational Testing Service (ETS).

Khaled El-Banna

Khaled El-Banna received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute
of Technology, where he has also served as an Instructor of Physics and Mathematics.  He has worked as
an Arabic Instructor at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, as well as at the prestigious
Noor Academy. As an engineer, Khaled's detailed work has been instrumental in both American traffic safety
and project development.

David Ciampichini, M.A.

David Ciampichini earned his Master's Degree in Education and Counseling from Montclair State University,
and his Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. In addition
to his position at Help Mountain, he currently serves as an ESL Instructor at Bloomfield College, the Hispanic
Development of Newark, and with the Puerta al Futuro Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mahima Sharma

Mahima Sharma is a current university student at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.  She has
served as a Mathematics and French Instructor in several locations. In addition to her work as an Instructor,
Mahima actively serves as a community volunteer. She has worked closely with the March of Dimes,
the Girl Scouts of America, and "Talbots Toyland", and she has received an honorary certificate for her
extensive volunteer work with the American Red Cross.  Mahima is also an avid contributer to
Book Fairs and tutoring societies.
